He has held key leadership positions including CFO of an international family group in India and Head of Finance – Property Development and Hospitality at Alfardan Group, Qatar. His earlier roles include Finance Head for a private venture capital firm in Dubai and Financial Controller at Indian Hotels Company Limited (Tata Group), Mumbai.
His corporate experience provides strong insight into capital structuring, financial governance, hospitality and real estate finance, and investor-driven business environments.
In addition to practice and leadership roles, he has served as faculty for IND AS / IFRS under the Accounting Standards Board of ICAI, reflecting his technical command over financial reporting standards.

CA. Sudheer N.C. is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, and financial consultancy. He brings focused expertise in Income Tax and GST appeals, providing strategic representation and advisory support in complex assessment and litigation matters.
His practice also includes statutory and internal audits, with significant experience in the internal audit of Urban Co-operative Banks. He works with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and strengthening internal control systems.
A DISA-qualified professional, he has completed Certificate Courses in GST, Concurrent Audit of Banks, and Artificial Intelligence, integrating technology-driven insight with traditional accounting and audit expertise.

A.K. Dinesh Kumar is a senior audit and finance professional with over 30 years of experience across India and the Middle East. His career spans leadership roles in audit, financial management, revenue assurance, and corporate finance within reputed organizations across diverse sectors.
He possesses extensive expertise in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Information Systems Audit, Business Analysis, and Risk Assessment. His deep understanding of revenue assurance disciplines includes revenue maximization, market assurance, network assurance, margin assurance, and subscription assurance.
Dinesh brings strong financial leadership capabilities in capital budgeting, corporate financing, valuation, financial planning, and governance frameworks. He has conducted statutory audits of Public Limited Companies, Nationalized Banks, Rural and Cooperative Banks, and various other regulated entities.
His experience combines technical depth with strategic insight, enabling organizations to strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial performance.

Shobhadevi Warrier is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in statutory and internal audit, taxation, financial consulting, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate advisory services. She has held senior leadership positions in finance and internal audit management across India, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Her expertise spans internal audit, risk management, and implementation of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) in accordance with COSO framework standards. She has successfully led large-scale assignments involving accounting system implementations, M&A advisory, Virtual CFO services, and tax structuring.
Shobha brings cross-industry experience across Telecom, Construction, Manufacturing, Banking, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors. Her strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and structured approach enable her to deliver practical and efficient solutions to complex financial and regulatory challenges.
